The Los Angeles Kings have acquired veteran goal-scorer Marian Gaborik from the Columbus Blue Jackets. The Blue Jackets get right wing Matt Frattin and a second-round pick in the 2014 draft, plus a conditional third-rounder if the Kings win their first-round playoff series or re-sign Gaborik. The 32-year-old Gaborik will be a free agent after the season. He was making $7.5 million a year, with the Blue Jackets expected to pick up a portion of the $1.9 million in remaining salary.
