I will not give a final verdict on Kliff because I do believe that one day he might be a very good head coach, he is just not ready now and does not have enough experience for himself to carry that job. This world rushes everything now but just because the world is impatient does not mean this failed approach casts the person in question as ultimately incapable. It will be interesting to see how he develops as a coach... and he has one hell of a financial safety net to hone his coaching skills lol
I’m 100% confident in saying 10 years as a HC says who he is. A mediocre HC at best who’s teams will lacking fundamentals, will be poorly game managed, heavily penalized, have a poor offensive scheme & will fade down the stretch of each season.
But damn, Kliff is such a good guy, gets to work at 4:30am & works harder than anyone else. Lol. Oops I think I change my mind, he’s a poor HC
