Over this last year there has been plenty of talk about Greens ego. Many thought his ego was the reason for cutting players from the Mac era. Players he had no hand in obtaining.

Can't say that anymore. King and Williams were both acquired after Green took over. It is evident that Green wants to win and will cut ANY player that won't or can't contibute to that cause.

I completely agree. He is holding nothing back in trying to turn this ship around.

Yep. There was a thread yesterday about cutting Williams and someone said something about thank god for Green. I was about to post hey who the hell do you think signed the guy, when it dawned on me that it was a GOOD thing, that Green was cutting a player he signed admitting his mistake, just like he did with ALex Wood. I don't like Green the person but I do try to be fair and I have to admit he's doing a lot of things I didn't think he was capable of doing in terms of admitting mistakes and trying to correct them.

That's why I'm not starting threads about how ridiculous trading Starks was, I don't agree with the move now, but I am willing now to believe that Green has a plan in place to handle it, a year ago I would not have been so patient, he's winning me over.

That's funny.... Wasn't it just say a week ago that people thought this was going to be a crappy FA period because we hadn't made a "splash" quick enough? Funny how the tide turns here.... LOL!!! Bring on the EDGE!!!! I like shipp, but the Edge would be a great pickup with the unknowing of how ship's injury is doing....

You are absolutely right. For so many years this team would make moves that were so illogical it was sickening.
I have said before, have a plan, work your plan. Not all carefully prepared plans work out. I can live with that.
It's when there seems to be no logic or plan is when I start to unravel.

But those days are over now! :)
