There hasn’t been much opportunity to see the real-world impact of the rule tweaks NASCAR has made for Saturday night’s All-Star Race at Charlotte Motor Speedway. For reference, the pole speed for the 2017 Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway was under 28 seconds.
