The 2025 NCAA women's Tournament rolls into the second round on Sunday.

No. 4 Ohio State (26-6) and No. 5 Tennessee (23-9) face off for a spot in the Sweet 16. The second-round matchup is the 14th time the teams have played, the Lady Vols owning a 10-3 edge over the Buckeyes. Both are trying to get back to the Sweet 16 for the first time since 2023.

The Lady Vols are coming off a dominant 101-66 first-round win over South Florida in which they drained 16 3-pointers, a program record for an NCAA Tournament game. The Buckeyes topped Montana State 71-51 in the first round, shooting 50.9% from the floor and forcing 26 turnovers.
