You can take the Kawhi Leonard out of San Antonio, but you can’t take the Kawhi Leonard out of the ongoing Lakers rumor mill. The newest king of the north is settling down and getting used to the idea of being a Raptor for the next season. Normally it would take some time before we could assess the situation as Toronto attempts to make a figurative rental look like a forever home. Surely it would be the start of training camp before the next Kawhi rumor. Of course, this is not how things will play out for the Kawhi Leonard reality show that seems to have merely changed locations for season two.
