An NBA-appointed doctor ruled DeMarcus Cousins is “substantially more likely than not” to be out through June 15. The Lakers will take the disabled-player exception that comes with that prognosis. “We've not closed the door on that,” Vogel said Sunday before the Lakers played the Charlotte Hornets.
