Up to that point he played 28 minutes, finishing with five points, six rebounds, five assists, three steals and two blocked shots. While Davis has been banged up at different points this season, most notably having to deal with a lingering right shoulder issue, he has only missed two of the Lakers' 37 games. Davis is unlikely to travel with the team for its two-game road swing in Dallas (Friday) and Oklahoma City (Saturday), and that increases the value of Kyle Kuzma.
