Arguably the toughest stretch of the Los Angeles Lakers' season has just begun. They will face the Denver Nuggets on Friday to close out a four-game road trip just one evening after losing 126-106 to the Milwaukee Bucks.

Thursday's game was the first of six in just eight days for the Lakers. They're currently on a three-game losing streak, and even worse, they're extremely short-handed. They were already without LeBron James, Rui Hachimura and Jaxson Hayes — all three of their frontcourt starters — and on Friday, they will also be without Luka Doncic, forward Dorian Finney-Smith and guard Gabe Vincent.

Check back here for the latest updates and highlights from Friday's game.
