The Los Angeles Lakers will go for three wins in a row when they host the Denver Nuggets on Wednesday. This will be one of the biggest, if not the biggest, games of the regular season so far for them, as they're in fourth place in the Western Conference with a 42-25 record, while Denver is in third place at 44-25. Denver currently leads the season series two wins to one.

The two teams met this past Friday in Colorado, with Denver surviving 131-126 by scoring the final eight points of the game. Los Angeles didn't have LeBron James, Rui Hachimura, Luka Doncic, Jaxson Hayes, Dorian Finney-Smith or Gabe Vincent in that game, but of the six, only James and Hachimura are expected to be unavailable on Wednesday.
