SUNS CENTER MACIEJ LAMPE: At first I had Miami and then the Timberwolves, so now it’s Detroit. I wanted Minnesota to beat the Lakers. I just didn’t want the Lakers to win. So now I’m rooting for Detroit. That’s because the Lakers have too many good players on the team, I guess. Detroit has to play defense. They have to out-run the Lakers. We’ll see what happens. They did a good job against Indiana. I think the Pistons are going to win it. It should be a good series. I like Hamilton, and I think he’s going to be very important. And then they have Rasheed and Ben. They are big factors. I want to see Ben vs. Shaq.

A Laker hater! This guy is a keeper! :D

I like Iavaroni's better.

BAH! They changed it!
It now reads
SUNS ASSISTANT COACH MARC IAVARONI: It’s going to be interesting. I thought the comments Mike Fratello made the other night concerning the depth of the Lakers vs. the depth of the Pistons and it looks like one team is deeper and that’s the Pistons. They’re going to need to be because they have a couple of Wallaces who are banged up. That’s going to be the first thing is how banged up they are and how productive their bench is going to be. Guys like Mehmet Okur are going to be very important in that series.

but when they first posted it....

it looked like that. I had to re read it like 5 or 6 times to make sure I read it right.

Should have said (Houston) , San Antonio, Minnesota, Detroit.

He didn't say he was only rooting for teams that faced the Lakers. His first team was the Heat and when they lost he started rooting for the wolves. When they lost he said he now rooted for the Pistons. What's the big deal?

BadaoBing, are you ready for the season finale tomorrow night? They had better results some of these issues. I can't stand when they leave these cliffhanger's going on that show, especially when you never hear about them again. I hope it's good.

Actually I've been counting down the hours to tomorrow. Last weekend just didn't seem right without watching it. I get the feeling that that next season is going to be a little crazy.

I actually am going to wait until Monday morning to watch it. It's a tradition and my aid would probably kill me if I cheated and watched it first.

I can't possibly comprehend going to sleep knowing that I could have watched an episode. More power to you.

He doesn't really sound like a Laker hater, just a guy who likes underdogs. He even said the only reason he was pulling against them was "because the Lakers have too many good players on the team, I guess." Doesn't sound too passionate about it. :p
