Floyd Landis addressed his fans in a letter on his Web site Tuesday, saying that having his 2006 Tour de France title stripped by an arbitration panel served some good because "we have shown that the anti-doping system is corrupt." Last week, an arbitration panel voted 2-1 to uphold Landis' positive doping tests from last year's Tour de France.

God I wish he'd just shut up and go away!

There were 2 completely different tests that found him guilty, the first they admitted there was some irregularities in process that Landis' team jumped all over. The second, and far more accurate found him guilty too.

In its 84-page decision, the majority found the initial screening test to measure Landis's testosterone levels - the testosterone-to-epitestosterone test - was not done according to World Anti-Doping Agency rules.

But the more precise and expensive carbon-isotope ratio analysis (IRMS), performed after a positive T-E test is recorded, was accurate, the arbitrators said, meaning "an anti-doping rule violation is established."

"I think if you read it carefully you'll see that maybe some of the early stages of this thing were not as precise and crisp as they could have been, what they found is synthetic testosterone," Pound said. "You can run but can't hide."

Just shut up Floyd, you keep trying to confuse people without ever bothering to address the simple fact that despite multiple different excuses you have yet to come up with a scientifically valid explanation for why the IRMS test found you to have synthetic testosterone in your system. Period.
