Laptop repair?

I bought a sweet tiny used Dell Latitude for travel, but I busted the space bar -- the keyboard was the one problematic piece when I got it.

I can send it to Dell for a new keyboard for $200.00 flat, but can anyone recommend a good laptop repair place locally, so I don't have to send it away for weeks, and maybe not have to pay quite so much? (I only paid $500 for it with a new battery and memory upgrade.)

The keyboards are only held on by a few screws and are really easy to replace. Here is one for $12.00, not sure if this is your model

I have an HP laptop and I just removed the entire keyboard by pushing back these plastic tabs near the function keys and unscrewing a screw from the bottom.

Computer repair places like Geek Squad make a killing on repairs and installs that take less than 5 minutes to do.
