I'd want MORE than just pick #13 and 43 to move down 10 slots.

Looking back at the 2003 draft, it wasn't just trading down from 6 to 16 and 17, the Cardinals also pick swapped in round 2 and gave up their 4th as well. If I'm moving down, I want a bounty.

Right. I'd want their 3rd and then some picks to be named later for the 24 draft. Likely their first next year too.

There would be more compensation than that. But I think the OP is looking at a scenario where we all play GM with the picks presented.
