In my view, this whole story is exactly not what, Kyler had to do.
If Kyler wants to win a SB, he has to go the Brady way. He has to buckl up, study as much as possible, go out and get veteran WR,OL and so on to help him win it, and mostly play like a top 10 QB get paid a bit below average.
That is nowadays, with cap parity, a good solution to win. Also tell the others to get a pay cut like him since "we want to win as much as possible" and so on.
For the rest, if he doesn't trust Keim, Kliff, talk with Bidwill and tell him that he signs a 5 year 20 mio $ contract if Keim and Kliff are removed and he gets a better GM and HC.
But what he did now, isn't really what you want. Now he has more Cards fans against him, he didn't show that he has it when it counts (in the later part of the season), it seems he can't win on the big stages, he can't win without Hop, he plays down to the competition. So now he is in a hard place, looking at an unstoppable force that he triggert himself and an unmovable object.
And some here are right, now this whole story is overblown, problematic, trade talks came up and so on. And in my eyes, if now Philly comes, with Minshew 3 #1 round picks and another 1-2 young player, than Bidwill and Keim will listen to this and talk with Kliff.
If Kyler really is somehow the problem on some reads, on some plays and with work ethic, we will see a trade if one is offered.
