I appreciate that Mocks are nothing more than "guesses", so I'm not going to comment on your thoughts in a negative way.

Having said this, I think it is highly unlikely that we will have much interest in Bell what with the resigning of Brown. I really think that that he will be our OLT, for better or for worse. I really think that Snyder will be moved to ORT and that we will draft DeCastro as our RG.

I agree. Reupping Levi likely means he's our LT for the next 5 years. On the bright side it does free the Cards to be able to go BPA in the draft because with Snyder on board they no longer have any glaring holes to fill.

I've been thinking the same( damn, that is frightening:D). I don't see them reaching for an OL in round 1; they can fill that need with a later round. Here is what Urban said in one of his articles on the signing of Levi:

With Brown back, at least three pieces are set as probable starters – Brown at tackle, Lyle Sendlein at center and Daryn Colledge at left guard. New free agent Adam Snyder right now figures to be the right guard, and as of now, Jeremy Bridges would likely be the right tackle.
They also have Rex Hadnot to fill in at guard.

They will go BPA at #13 and that could be WR Floyd, OLB Upshaw, OLB Ingram or ILB Kuechly and there are others.

Well it looks like I may be wrong on where I think Snyder will go. At least the left side of the line will go into 2012 intact from 2011. Sure hate to see Duece go though. Great guy a and grew up a Cardinal fan. Wish he could stay until he retires.

Maybe he can do a Rolando Cantu and get a gig doing Tongan radio broadcasts of Cardinal games. After all his cousin Vai Sikahema is a sports media guy so Duece should have some inherent talent. :D

Duece has always been one of my favorite players especially after the Cowboys game his rookie year when the rest of the team had given up by the end of the first quarter and Duece was still trying to maul Dallas Defenders until the final whistle. Oh well at least now I have Double Duece to root for in the fall.

I also like Duece. I just don't know why he can't control his weight in the off season with so much money at stake. I think that Whiz & Grimm just gave up on him because of this. Damn, he is a tough sob on the field for sure.

Your WAY overly optomistic if you think anyone would give us that for moving up five spots. We wouldn't even get one 2nd, let alone two.

This guy is a project, but I like his upside as 7th rounder as you will see the good and the bad in this video.

I certainly believe at least this years 2nd would be min compensation.

K. Wembley WAS Marcilus a couple yrs. ago. Now he's got NFL exp. Just sign him, much safer, less letdown. You know what your getting. Not so much w/ Marcilus. Takes a lot of plays off.

Cards fans would be real happy with the play of Antonio Allen. He'd be a fan favorite preety quick.

Revisiting my proposed draft from last year:

18) Whitney Mercilus--Drafted with 26th overall pick-- Converted to 3-4 OLB and saw limited action behind Barwin and Reed and made a few spot starts. 25 Tackles and 6 sacks is pretty solid. Grade: B.

48) zerbie sanders LT Fl St--Drafted in 5th round spent entire season on the IR. Grade: INC. ( I way over valued him in draft)

81) Antonio Allen S S.CAR--Drafted in 7th , spent most of his time on practice squad, played a couple games for Jets and then cut in NOV. Way overvalued his draft posistion and made little to no immediate impact. Grade: F

4th) T.Y. Hilton WR Fla Int--.Drafted in 3rd, this is the guy I was really pimping last offseason and boy was I right. I love everything about the way he plays and am really, really dissapointed Cards couldn't get him. He lead all Rookie WR's in yards (861), 100 yard games (5) , and touchdowns receptions with 7. His 17.2 yards per recepetion ranks 5th in the NFL. Love this dude! Grade; A+++

5th) Cordarro Law OLB SO. MISS--Un drafted by Seahawks, Non-factor on practice squad.

6th) T-Bob Herbert G/C LSU-- Un drafted by Rams, Non-factor not sure even made practice squad.

7th) Austin Davis QB SO. MISS-- Un drafted by Rams, Non-factor 3rd string QB behind Bradford and Clemmons
