Lightning's Gagne, Kubina out for Game 2 (AP)

Lightning left wing Simon Gagne and defenseman Pavel Kubina have been ruled out for Game 2 against the Capitals. Defenseman Randy Jones and center Blair Jones were slated to play for Tampa Bay on Sunday night for the first time this postseason. Gagne and Kubina were injured Friday in the Lightning's 4-2 victory in Game 1.
