Lions LB Johnson suffers neck injury (AP)

Lions linebacker Landon Johnson has been carted off the field in the third quarter of Detroit's game against Green Bay with a neck injury. Johnson's helmet appeared to strike the shoulder of Packers wide receiver Andrew Quarless, and the Detroit player remained down on his stomach for a while before being able to roll over onto his back.
