The one I'm most surprised by is DJ Hackett. I thought he really started to come on and might be on the verge of being a really good player.

A team drafting low in need of WR might take a chance on him. The Patriots need WRs after Chad Jackson most likely will miss some of next season and the Colts might need a WR to replace Stokley. For the 64th pick the Colts could get an excellent 3rd WR and a player ready to take over when Harrison retires.

Will any other team try to snag him up ...??? we do get to match offers ... right .. ??

I know offensive line depth is at a premium this offseason ...

I think some teams are just daring other teams to make an offer for their RFA's.

I love this new 2nd round tender.

For a second rounder? No thanks.

Yea, for a second rounder? Be surprised if he gets any consideration by others. Too many penalties for coverage violations.

Yeah that's what I'm thinking also. Have another team do the negotiating for you and just match the offer.

If I were a team like the Pats or Colts, I'd be all over Demarrio Williams with that second round tender.

A Top 50 or so pick is too high, but he's a player who has a lot of football ahead of him. It'll be interesting to see what happens. There may be so many poison pills flying around in the next month or so that the Commissioner's office is going to have to step in and do something.

Seriously? The guy isn't even worth the salary. There is a good reason the Packers cut him even though the Packers need depth at the cornerback position.

Ernest Wilford for a 4th rounder???

I'm not suggesting that we sign him, but isn't that very cheap for a guy like Wilford.
