LIVE: Liverpool and Newcastle level in EFL Cup final
Liverpool and Newcastle meet at Wembley with the EFL Cup on the line.
As tends to be the case in finals, the game got off to a cagey start with most of the play taking place in midfield with very few chances.
Sandro Tonali came closest to breaking the deadlock just after the 20 minute mark, but his rasping drive went well wide of Caoimhín Kelleher's post.
