I'm watching the Giants v Panthers replay and the announcer said that Derek Anderson (among other things) will "teach" the other guys. I almost fell out of my chair.

He then proceeded to throw a touchdown on a swing pass against the 4th string. Man I hope these guys fall for the crap we fell for last year.

What ever he is teaching... I would want no part of if I were Cam or Clausen.

Seriously what can he teach them? Touch? No. Reading defenses? No. Accuracy? No. How to be a pro? No. Just ask Skelton for his opinion on that one.

Just listen to Whiz's comments about Kolb to infer all you need to on Anderson. Whiz can't complement Kolb enough about doing the smallest things. Getting in and out of the huddle. Calling plays. Command of the huddle.

According to Skelton and Hall he's a snob and has no interest whatsoever in "teaching" young players.

Don't understimate D-O-A's ability to teach by example.

He's like the village idiot or drunk that Moms' pointed to and said: "If you don't eat your vegetables, get to bed on time and study, that's where you'll end up."

You know what? I'm not gonna kick DA when he's down. I don't hate the guy, just glad he's gone. I hope he does well in whatever role he has in Carolina. He was a blip in the past harkening of our horrid choices at QB, I just hope we never have to go that route again.

He had a good first game in Carolina, 3-4 for 71 yards and a 35 yd. td pass.

Last year in the first preseason game DA threw 2 picks. :(

Meanwhile Skelator was 5/6 for 84 yards and a TD. :)

DA reminds me of a douchy Danny Sullivan, former ASU QB. Doesnt have the tools but, wait a minute. Even Danny Sullivan was better than DA.
