There are a lot of talent evaluators who thought Logan Webb might be the Giants' top pitching prospect by the end of the summer. That won't be the case. The hard-throwing right-hander was suspended 80 games after testing positive for Dehydrochlormethyltestosterone, a performance-enhancing substance, MLB announced Wednesday morning.
