LOL - Fox Power Ranking Comment; plus Jekyl & Hyde Mentioned AGAIN!

Awesome, and for once I am not being sarcastic.

The Arizona Cardinals are officially on Power Rankings probation. From this point forward, unless the team strings either 2-3 wins or losses together, this frustrating Jekyll-and-Hyde team will be placed right in the middle of the rankings, period. More specifically, on weeks they win, the Cards will be No. 16. After a loss, they'll be No. 17. That's it, no more getting duped (for better or worse) on a team with a serious personality disorder.

Seriously, only the Cardinals could pull it off. Is this our fate as fans to this team ? 60 years of finding new, improbable, and illogical ways to lose football games.

Well, that is just crazy talk of course, but leave it to the Cardinals to again have people scratching their heads in confusion. I guess we ran out of ways to lose that would cause people to say "Well, I really have never seen THAT before."

So, the organization had to move onto other things. LOL

I guess long story short, this team has EVERYONE up in arms with confusion, inconsistancy, and not really know what to make of these Cardinals.

After reading the comparison to "Jekyll and Hyde" on at least 4 or 5 storylines, I think we have found our indentity for the season.

I think you may be on to something but let's not make it cooler than it should be. The pic you used is way too catchy looking. I think the David Hasselhoff musical is much more appropriate in terms of what this persona should be thought of.

You're not seeing the image? I see it in my post and in your reply to my post that you quoted. This sort of thing has come up before with people not seeing images but I don't remember the solution. Something about refreshing the page or clearing your cache...just don't remember.

I believe you are right about having discovered our identity, and I love that Fox has put us on POWER RANKING PROBABION until we can either string together some wins or some losses. I was watching the Texans game with a friend and he asked me what was up with the Cards as the Texans were making a comeback in the 3rd Qtr. I told him the Cards were Bipolar. Pretty apt discription to me.

I saw "Jeckyl and Hyde" on Broadway in 1999 with my daughter and was unimpressed. Curiously, they did an HD broadcast on pay per view on DirecTV as an experiment in 2000 with David Hasselhoff newly in the role, and I liked it. Go figure.

Weird Cardinals connection here. I drove to the playoff game in Dallas, and when a coworker heard that I had made the trip, he arranged to get me a buddy pass to fly to Minneapolis the next week, but the pass didn't arrive in time, so I used it to take a vacation in New York that summer.
