Lu Dort exited the OKC Thunder’s road game against Detroit on Saturday with an apparent groin injury.
Dort slipped late in the third quarter while defending former Oklahoma State star Cade Cunningham. He recorded seven points and seven rebounds in 27 minutes prior to the injury.
OKC is now without three of its usual starters. It entered the game without Chet Holmgren (rest) and Jalen Williams (right hip strain). Ousmane Dieng also suffered a left calf strain and won't return.
OKC (54-12) holds a 91-77 lead over Detroit (37-30) at the end of the third quarter.
