MIAMI–When Bruce Bochy took the ball from Madison Bumgarner’s hand on Monday, the Giants starter could have watched the rest of the game from his team’s dugout. Instead, he’ll watch it from the clubhouse after being ejected for the first time in his major league career. Bumgarner took issue with home plate umpire Jeremie Rehak’s strike zone throughout his outing Monday, as the left-hander conversed with Rehak after the first and third innings concluded.
