This will work on all editions of Windows XP
First down load this file from Microsoft:
http://www.microsoft.com/hwdev/platform/performance/fastboot/BootVis.asp
1) Extract the file to some where you can find it
2) It will extract one file, double click to open it
3) On the top tool bar select "trace", then select "optimize"
the program will reboot your computer, when it reboots it will do some file reorganizing and POOOF! XP will not boot in UNDER 20 seconds.
