Manchester United has drawn Liverpool in the fourth round of the FA Cup, with the last game between the teams marked by a racial dispute. Liverpool's Luis Suarez was banned for eight matches after soccer authorities cited him for his conduct toward United's Patrice Evra during a Premier League game in October.
