The first two rounds of the NCAA tournament have made Duke an even bigger favorite to win the national championship.

The Blue Devils are +225 at BetMGM to win it all ahead of the Sweet 16. Duke easily beat Baylor in the second round of March Madness on Sunday to set up a matchup with Arizona in the third round. Duke guard Tyrese Proctor has been fantastic so far in the tournament as he's been on fire from the 3-point line. Proctor is 13-of-16 from deep in those two wins.

In the days before the tournament began, Duke nudged ahead of Florida on the board to become the No. 1 favorite. The Gators opened as the top team after winning the SEC tournament. But bettors flocked to the Blue Devils and they looked more convincing than the Gators did on Sunday.

Florida needed a late push from star guard Walter Clayton Jr. to knock out two-time defending champion UConn on Sunday. The Gators ended the Huskies’ 13-game NCAA tournament win streak and are now +425 to win it all. Florida has longer odds to win the national title now than it did before the tournament. The Gators were +350 to win it all on Selection Sunday.

If you’re still thinking Florida is the team to beat, there’s value in betting the Gators now. The same sentiment goes for Auburn, which is at +550 after opening at +400. The Tigers have looked sluggish in the first half of both of their games so far, but they pulled away from Creighton for an 82-70 win on Saturday.

Auburn’s odds are behind Houston at +500. The Cougars’ odds have gotten better since before the tournament after taking down Gonzaga in the second round. Houston’s win denied Gonzaga another trip to the Sweet 16. The Zags had been to the third round in every tournament since 2014.

Those four No. 1 seeds are by far the top favorites to win it all. The No. 5 favorite is No. 2 seed Alabama all the way back at +1500. The Crimson Tide have slightly better odds than Tennessee (+1700) and No. 3 Texas Tech follows at +2000. The Red Raiders play No. 10 Arkansas in the Sweet 16 and the winner could meet Florida in the Elite Eight. Arkansas has the longest odds of any team remaining in the NCAA tournament after beating St. John’s in the second round.
