One of the great stories of this year's NCAA basketball tournament is the triumph of the UC San Diego basketball program. The university is the first school ever to send both their women’s and men’s teams to the tournament in their first year of official eligibility, and tonight, the No. 12 UC San Diego Tritons men's team will face the No. 5 Michigan Wolverines in their first-ever March Madness game. This year marks Michigan's return to the tournament after missing out for the last two seasons. The game begins at 10 p.m. ET and will air nationally on TBS and streams on Max.
