Mark Blount or Samuel Dalembert?

If Blount signs with his old coach (O'Brien) in Philly, then Dalembert might be available via trade. If the Sixers decide to go with Dalembert, then the Suns should be aggressive and sign Blount. He is the only FA center left on the market that I would throw a penny at. Please, no Ostertag!
