Brook Lopez made a baseline leaner with 1.3 seconds left in overtime and scored 30 points to give Stanford an 82-81 victory Saturday night over Marquette to advance to the round of 16 in the South Regional. Marquette's Jerel McNeal scored a career-high 30 points and hit three 3-pointers in overtime. The Cardinal advance to face the winner of Sunday's Texas-Miami game.
