Cara Consuegra's first season with the Marquette women's basketball team is still going.
The Golden Eagles (20-10) earned an invitation to the WBIT and will play at Drake (22-11) on Thursday in Des Moines.
MU finished 63rd in the NET rankings, the third-highest among Big East teams. Connecticut and Creighton made the NCAA tournament.
Consuegra was the co-coach of the year in the Big East.
