according to below..he wants $3 million over 2 years..which is reasonable.. Based on the cards counter..it would not appear as though we have martay penciled in as the #1 or #2 receiver..

Receiver MarTay Jenkins and the Cardinals are $1 million apart on a new, two-year contract, and Jenkins could choose to sign a one-year deal elsewhere, a source close to the negotiations said.
Jenkins, who has received a minimal amount of interest in free agency, is asking for $3 million over two years, including a $600,000 signing bonus and salaries of $1.2 million in each year.
The Cardinals countered with an offer that included a $400,000 bonus and salaries of $800,000.
Jenkins and his agent, Michael Bauer, are expected to talk with representatives from Atlanta, Jacksonville and Oakland at the NFL owners meetings, scheduled for Sunday through Wednesday in Phoenix.
Jenkins is one of the fastest players on the team and was the team's third receiver and kick returner last season. He has developed as a receiver in the past few years, but he did drop a handful of key passes last season.
He suffered a fractured scapula midway through the season and played in just eight games.
Jenkins entered free agency hoping for a deal that averaged about $3.5 million a year.
In other free agency news, the team still has an offer out to defensive end Vonnie Holliday, but he is considering other alternatives.
The Seahawks have also offered Holliday a contract, but other teams are interested, too, said his agent, Brian Levy. Holliday probably will visit Kansas City after the owners meetings, Levy said.
