Any other fans? I just turned my wife onto this stuff (wasn't hard, all it takes is a taste)

amazing what a product can taste like when it's producers keep it simple, provide a clean product without a ton of additives and even go so far as to pay attention to the bottling of their product

it's a little bit more expensive, but well worth it

I live in apple country. I'm obsessed with buying unpasteurized fresh squeezed apple juice and cider from the green market here. Holy crap its good.

To me, this stuff is like sugar water. Sorry. I do like the unclear fresh apple juice though. Still kinda too sweet though.

Ive been braising collards and chipotle chilies in market apple cider and topping them with house made chicharrones at work. not very traditional mexican, but damn delicious!!! Mmmmmmm cider braised greens...

it's a little bit more expensive, but well worth it

I like the little bottles but I feel guilty about using so much glass.

Wheres upstate? I was just in Old Chatham, in the Hudson Valley this past weekend. The orchards are ripe for the pickin!

finger lakes - just off Keuka Lake - aka the southern tier

will spend a couple days in philly visiting college friends and then trek up - will be a nice blend of wine & cider

trying to hunt down a good pumpkin patch / orchard as well
