Matsuzaka coming to US?

This guy from Japan, he is good. He pitched for Japanese team in the WBC. He would be a great addition if we can join the DBacks. Also gives AZ the international attention. More endorsement in someway from Japanese companies as well. But probably he will end up with LA, NY, Seattle where Japanese media friendly??? Thoughts?
