Mavericks owner Mark Cuban apparently isn't accepting DeAndre Jordan's apology for reneging on a deal to sign with Dallas in free agency. Cuban, responding a day after Jordan's Twitter apology, wrote on his Cyber Dust messaging app Saturday, ''When's an apology not an apology? The outspoken billionaire owner has said Jordan never responded to his messages Wednesday, a day before contracts could be signed.
