This is weird.... I created a desktop icon to go directly to Yahoo (my default shell is IE). When I click it, the webpage comes up, but it isn't maximized/full page. No matter what I have tried, it always comes up at about 1/3 of the page. HELP! Any ideas out there?

BTW, this is on Vista.

This is a real common problem and I've experienced it before.

There are several different solutions to this, but most involve stretching the window to the size you want. Google is your friend.

Basically, stretch the window to the size you want, hold down the SHIFT key and click the red-x close button in the very upper right. Should open in the same size.

Or just get firefox and not deal with it. :)

If it doesn't work, especially in Vista, there is another way to fix it. :D

There's also a program you can install that will maximize all of your windows. It's free.
