As far as star power goes, the PGA Tour is like a fireworks show in the rain. The Phoenix Open was more high-charged than ever this year with the Super Bowl in town and Tiger Woods back to golf. Except that Woods was on his way home after two days and a career-high 82 to miss the cut by 12 shots. The strongest field of the year is the Honda Classic, especially with Rory McIlroy and his No. 1 ranking on American soil for the first time in five months.
