I can't argue much in that it is a waste of horror. I take it you were duped by the Hollywood hype machine that this was the next great horror film. I enjoyed it for what it was - a silly homage to 70's horror film (many sequences and camera shots were lifted directly from such horror films as Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Last House on the Left, and The Hills Have Eyes). I definitely am not one of those idiot AICN junkies who claims this is a genius film - it certainly is not. But I did have a few good laughs and appreciated the references.

Damn, Shane, I thought we were finally gonna see eye to eye on a movie for once!
