Excellent art film. Dunst should get an Oscar nomination for her performance. Highly character-driven, original story, albeit very slow developing. But despite the slow pace I was completely immersed from start to finish.

I think this is available now on various On Demand outlets, and it's US theatrical release will be November 11.

I am definitely going to see this, although I expect to be left shuddering for days -- Lars von Trier's "Breaking the Waves" was one of the most wrenching and beautiful movies I've ever seen, but it haunted me for months. He has a way with pulling flawless, raw performances from actors that is unmatched.

Yea Dunst was great.

Lars's films are just so weird I have trouble getting into them. Still enjoy watching them though.
