This is good news because we won't have to compete with the free spending Mets for Hernandez. I really hope we sign him cause he would bring a lot of offense out of the catching position. I know Snyder can call a game but he is awful at the plate

The down side to that is if the overspend for him it could set the market for Hernandez. Not saying that it will, but you never know.

True, but we have to hope not so many teams get involved. Molina is going to sign for a lot because the Mets throw money around like its nothing and I think the Yankees are getting involved. We'll see, but we need a catcher and Hernandez would be great
