Michigan coach Rich Rodriguez says quarterback Tate Forcier's sore right shoulder will not prevent him from playing Michigan State this week. Rodriguez plans to limit Forcier in Monday's practice. He says the freshman is expected to be cleared to work out with the 23rd-ranked Wolverines on Tuesday.
