Mile Svilar asks for new €4 million contract
Mile Svilar has reportedly made his contract request clear in his talks with the capital club.
The 25-year-old goal-keeper is in fact locked in negotiations with Roma who aim to extend his contract and raise his salary in order to ward off interest from the Premier League.
However, La Repubblica writes that talks have proven more complicated than Roma initially expected.
Svilar’s entourage are asking for a contract worth €4 million per season.
Roma are hesitating, though the club realize that too much hesitation may cause the player to consider departing the Italian capital in the summer.
