Austin Hollins scored a career-high 18 points to help Minnesota beat No. 7 Indiana 77-74 on Thursday night. Indiana's Christian Watford could have tied the score but he missed a 3-pointer in the closing seconds. Rodney Williams scored 14 points and Julian Welch added 10 for the Golden Gophers (13-5, 1-4 Big Ten), who had lost four straight.
