Minor questiion from a new poster

Hello All,

You know the drill, long time reader, first time poster with a small query..

Who is, (are) the Suns Captain(s)?

I thought that Shawn was the only team captain and then I saw a picture of him with Nash at the beginning of the Utah game doing the ref/opposing team captains, meet and greet. I did look at the official Suns site and saw no reference to either Shawn or Nash being team captain. Anyone know the answer? Thanks in advance.

A bit of background, I am a daily follower of this site and enjoy reading everyone's views on the Suns, particularly the post game assessments. Win or lose, your comments never fail to be insightful and entertaining. What more can one ask for from a fan forum!

I am not really a poster, as my name says, more of a reader. No doubt as the season progresses I will feel more at ease joining in the discussions. I may simply wish to add to the lauding of the team, or worst case scenario, be looking for a place to vent.

As to your question, I couldn't find any solid evidence, but I do believe that both Shawn Marion and Steve Nash are the official team captains..
