Okay, my mistake

It is far to hard to keep track of anymore. Rules and regulations start bleeding together after a while.

Heck I'm not even keeping track of me cap spreadsheet anymore. Just to much.

Brown was drafted last year, not enough time to tell if he's a bust yet. After all, it's preseason so lets not cut him loose just yet.

Brown of course can't be cut have to give the guy a chance under a decent OL coach for a while at least. He has more upside than most of our OLinemen so have to keep him. You can't just cut players after one season especially with our Oline we need to build up some young solid players, and maybe we have the OL coach to do it now.

Some players wake up and smell the coffee...and yet, most never do...but, it's worth it to hang in there for the third year with some players...look at Calvin Pace, for example...now he's a starter and an invaluable asset.

[splitting hairs]Isn't it a little early to say this? Calvin Pace had one okay preseason game at SLB and one game where he utterly disappeared and didn't do anything. We're used to seeing All Pro preseason performances from Pace. Until shown otherwise in games that count, Pace should be regarded as the worst linebacker on the field, not an "invaluable asset."

The cat hasn't done anything yet. Bertrand Berry and Adrian Wilson are invaluable assets.[/splitting hairs]

Grabbing a player off you PS is grabbing a player on you team under contract, but if a player can play for another team they dont want to hinder that hence the must be on the active roster rule, but they also want the original team with the rights to that player to have some rights as well, which is why they make it hard for other teams to sign your PS players with the same rule.

I'm not following you here. That is one long sentence!
