Major League Baseball made the only decision that made sense Thursday: Suspending the rest of the spring training schedule and delaying opening day by at least two weeks. It's been a whirlwind week for baseball and sports in general as the country wrestles with the outbreak of coronavirus and how to protect players and fans. The league said opening day — originally scheduled for March 26 — will be pushed back at least two weeks, but could still change depending on what happens between now and then.
