The latest mock draft from Bleacher Report and Brent Sobelski changes things up a bit for the Cleveland Browns. Sobelski, who has covered the Browns for several years, sticks to the normal plan at No. 1 overall with a quarterback. Sam Darnold from USC is the projected top pick.
