I don't understand why Herron isn't permabanned? I mean he's literally on suspension and does the exact same thing that just proves he doesn't take the rules seriously.

I also can't believe anybody in Ohio is still paying these guys extra cash for summer jobs, herron isn't good enough to be worth that and TOSU isn't going to win an NC this year so what the hell are they paying for?

From what I just read, it seems this is additional suspension for previously undiscovered violations and not a matter of them involved in violations while on suspension. I could be wrong, but that is my interpretation.
