Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has been given a one-match stadium ban and a 40,000-pound ($61,700) fine by the Football Association after admitting to a charge of misconduct toward the referee during a loss to West Ham last month. The FA's Independent Regulatory Commission said Mourinho's punishment will take effect immediately, meaning he will miss the trip to Stoke in the Premier League on Saturday.
